A deposit is required to reserve all tattoo appointments.Tattoos prices at $200 or less require a $50 depositTattoos priced at over $200 require a $100 deposit Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo. For multi-session projects, the deposit will remain on the project and be applied toward the final session unless otherwise discussed with the artist.Deposits Are Non-Refundable  Deposits are non-refundable because they compensate the artist for reserving appointment time and for the time spent preparing, researching, and designing your tattoo.

We understand that life happens.Clients may reschedule an appointment one time with at least 48 hours' notice, and the original deposit may be transferred to the new appointment.A second reschedule will require a new deposit.Rescheduled appointments must be scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment unless otherwise approved by the artist.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without contacting the artist will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.Acme Tattoo Co. and individual artists reserve the right to decline future bookings for clients with repeated no-shows.

We want every client to love their tattoo.  Minor adjustments to a tattoo design may be made at the appointment when possible.  Significant changes to the original tattoo concept, including major changes to the subject matter, placement, size, or style, may require additional design time, rescheduling, and/or a new deposit as determined by the artist. If a client chooses not to proceed with the tattoo after the artist has prepared the design and reserved the appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded.

For multi-session tattoos, deposits remain active as long as the client continues to make reasonable progress on the project and maintains communication with their artist.  If more than 12 months pass without an appointment, future appointment being scheduled, or communication regarding the project, the project may be considered inactive.  Inactive projects may require:  A new consultationUpdated pricing based on current ratesDesign adjustmentsA new deposit   The original deposit may be forfeited for inactive projects.
